<p abp="7932">Well.. yeah, in addition to the state and carrier level. It is also apparently possible for some weird web crawler with (RI|MP)AA ties to pull L7 packet data of the wire somewhere along the way.</p>

<p abp="7932">I don't know, perhaps the simplest answer is that it is the web host I am using (GoDaddy) sells their web access log data....<br>
