- Easy access to 394<br>
- Parking ramp C is attached to 394<br>
- Luce is kitty-corner from the ramp<br>
- Short walk from anyone working downtown<br>
- I like Luce because it is a Minneapolis institution!<br>

Even if is 4 of us, it is a start.<br>
