1.6 cpu 2 gb ram. Runs very warm when using 14.04 and fan runs not stop 
at full speed. I have mate installed. Just looking for something that is
 up to date. Right now I have ubuntu 10.04 installed just to use it for 
on the go. Is there anything out there that is light weight..<span class="HOEnZb"></span><br></div></div></blockquote><div><br></div><div> lubuntu (trusty for LTS, or vivid or wily for devel releases) will give you a light weight desktop.  of course, you can still install heavyweight apps on top of it..<br></div></div></div></div>
