Installed Ubuntu 14.04 Server with software raid.<br></div><div>Setup went without a hitch and raid seems to work when I disconnect one drive and then the other...easiest setup so far.<br></div><div>But, when working with root from putty and winscp, I get access denied on root. Using my username works fine.<br></div><div>I have tried numerous things...and have at times been able to use root from putty but then at times I get Access Denied again.</div><div>Unable to get connected with samba.
