<br>I recently joined a group that does civic hacking. (Adopt-A-Hydrant is an example of civic hacking.)<br><br>We need a solution for tracking projects and the skills needed for the projects (such as Ruby on Rails, Python, Drupal, Javascript, etc.).<br>
