have to advertise positions available, prior to bringing in H1-B
visa workers, then my position on this issue must remain opposed
to such nonsense. How many programmers, technology qualified
individuals in the U.S. are unable to relocate with employer

I think this is a good topic to discuss. I am afraid I do not
have enough information to have an educated opinion. I am a
technology small business owner and I am struggling with finding
specific skills. Ubu what is your position. BTW- The main
motivation of joinging TCLUG is to develop relationships and
eventually recruit talent.
