<p dir="ltr">Interesting note regarding companies hiring overseas. My brother-in-law's employer has started to shift from hiring people in India to hiring people here, citing the ROI as the reason.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Regardless, I can see both sides of the coin on this issue and will be keeping my opinions to myself. :-)</p>

lower costs here or go to China, India, Vietnam in search for cheaper<br>
workforce.<br>
