<p>if it makes unsolicited changes to settings of an unrelated program, it's malware.  and claiming consent via intentionally misleading via legaleze overdose doesn't work for me.  otoh the windoze eula legitimizes malware.  (and Swype changes malware to bakeware!)</p>
