<p>+1 to keepass. I use it on a variety of OSes and store the keepass file in Dropbox so it's shared everywhere. The fact that it is client side encrypted means this is secure as well.</p>
<p>Lastpass is also a good option I've heard, but as it's closed source and there are equivilent options in free software, I haven't tried it.</p>
