As much as I respect James Kanze's opinion on C++ (I have been<br>
reading his posts on and off for more than a decade) I would not be<br>
using an out-of-context negative quote to base my decisions about<br>
server operating systems on. I am interested in what works for<br>
him and what data about reliability is he employing when choosing a<br>
platform and dissing another.<br>
