I too am looking for a good tablet running Ubuntu, and while we're just beginning to see some so-so stuff on the market now, I'm told that more will be coming out soon - probably Q3/Q4 2011.  There's a guy on IRC who does Ubuntu on ARM development that I've told to let me know when there's something worth buying.  :)<br>
