Just wanted to say my company uses Microsoft Dynamics Nav,
and having seen what an ERP system can mean to a business
I don't think I'd use one that didn't have a vendor behind it with
a long-term support horizon.
Anybody out there using a CRM or ERP system for tracking customers,
jobs/cases/projects and possibly light financial (invoicing and
payments) that they like? Something open source and customizable
would be great but it's not a limiting factor by any means.

We had been working on making a customized version of SugarCRM work
for our business but the workflow involved seems much more complicated
and tedious.
