I pay $10/month for basic connection (no mail, web pages, etc) and I can run all the services I want. For an extra $15/month I get a block of static IP's if I want. Aside from the hassle of trying to move the services from one phone line to another so I could get rid of my second phone line(a few years ago), I've never really had a problem with <a href="http://qwest.net">qwest.net</a> as my ISP.<br>
