THE answer:<br>I called Hennepin today and told them I wanted to get rid of some (not business) computer parts and monitors. Said I live in Ramsey and they said it's not a problem, bring it in. <br>They are open to me and presumably many other metro counties at their sites in Bloomington (96th and James) and Brooklyn Park.
