Well, I've spent the last three days R-ing TFM, and back and forth on the phone w/Qwest and Actiontec, and it sounds like I've just got a bum modem. I'm running DMZ right now, sans the second router, which finally got me an open port. But the guy at Actiontec suggested I get a new modem, because all my settings were indeed right, and there's no reason I shouldn't have had open ports. That was a lot of work to find out that I was doing it right, but damn, I learned a lot about networking this week!
