I would try making a bootable USB flash drive from that ISO. The directory listings and errors you shared make me think some parts are missing, maybe because they aren't accessible by memdisk. When everything is working I think there also should be another drive letter, maybe D: , related to the ramdrive.sys entry . I also don't see the flashing utility.
