(put that in their because ryan had suggested tor in an old post (not saying anything bad about ryan so please don't be offended, only trying to point out that tor provides privacy and it is fresh in my mind) and while tor is neat and helping our government is good, i can't handle the latency nor do i encrypt my stuff as i have lost too much stuff from hard drive errors (no i don't use raid as i am poor. simple hard drive backup on occasion and family photos get saved off site ever 6 months or so.) so i don't use it.
