No, but it gives a different response. Killall responds with "no
process found." Kill yields "arguments must be process or job IDs."
But I'm curious. No one responded whether the following post works for
them.

$ chmod 755 nonsensical.bash
$ ./nonsensical.bash &
[6] 12253
$ pkill nonsensical
[6]- Terminated ./nonsensical.bash
