My fav is the HDHomeRun products: http://www.silicondust.com. I have a couple of (older versions of) the Connect product for MythTV and Windows Media Center. I've converted a couple of friends from Haupauge (sp?) cards to this, and they love it much better. Easier config, et al. Click on the "What are the differences between the US products?" button to easily see which one you want.
