Hi Ken, Yes I installed the required codecs. The situation is now with the newer 'adobe flashplayer version 11.2.101.405' some YouTube music videos apparently fail to play. <--I have no understanding as to why this is happening but it is. So I sent out a post on some forums somewhere and got a reply to use 'YouTube HTML5 Video Player' --> https://www.youtube.com/html5 <--which does work. LinuxMint 17 makes it so nice because you can obtain an .iso with the 'resticted formats' included in the .iso. I tried renaming the 'flash player version to and older version in '/home/visitor/.mozilla/firefox/mwad0hks.default/pluginreg.dat' restarting Firefox but that did not seem to help alot except complaints started occurring as to why I am running an old outdated version of flash. So as of now I am going to stick with the latest flash 11.2.101.405 and use the YouTube HTML5 Video Player on the rare occasion I do watch a music - video on YouTube. If I do a web search on 'flash games' and load up some flash game it works fine. It looks like it's some YouTube related situation from what I can tell.

Happy Holidays to you - 😈

Paul G
