I have some DVDs that play OK or well on a "dumb" DVD player, but "error out" on my laptop. Is there a way to clean or fix this? I've tried various simple cleaning methods with success for smudges, but not this. Have never tried a commercial "disk repair" kit. Does some of Tom Sawyer's spunkwater do the trick? :-) Chuck
