The cx18 driver is for the analog side of the card - are you still using that? You can get the analog firmware from here: http://dl.ivtvdriver.org/ivtv/firmware/cx18-firmware.tar.gz The digital tuner firmware (using the cx23418 module/driver) you can get on LinuxTV.org.
