As much as I respect James Kanze's opinion on C++ (I have been
reading his posts on and off for more than a decade) I would not be
using an out-of-context negative quote to base my decisions about
server operating systems on.  I am interested in what works for
him and what data about reliability is he employing when choosing a
platform and dissing another.
