I submitted the following to the rt-user news group but have not heard back
from anyone, so wondering if someone on this list can help me get past this
last hurdle.

When I use Request Tracker via the web interface it works as expected, and
sends out the proper replies, and notices. However when I try to open a
ticket via email I get the following error in my mail log, and eventually
the mail is sent back to the sender. So, it seems to be an obvious smrsh
problem, but I am not sure what to do about it.
