Thanks Spencer Let me see if I can clear this up a little: This computer was given to me and was told that it was well cooked as I found out that was not the case.. The fan on heatsink needs to be replaced for its burn out, so for now I have taken the fan off and have a big house fan blowing in the case cooling it for now thats working ok just a little warm ...It had only xp on it and it was running just fine I Put in Win 98 boot disk and ran GWSCAN that wrights Zero's to the hard drive...(cleans the harddrive) Then set up that single hard drive with C,D,E partition C = Windows XP D=Fat32 E=linux . After doing this now I cant load any thing on it ..Yes I think it is in the Bios but the ? is were do I start? I have taken the board out and looked all over it to see who built this dammn thing And no luck ... and I dont have a book on it ether. other then what it says in the bios...
