Have you checked out the Pass and Seymour line at Menards. They have cat5, cat3, f-type, audio pins, and video connectors that go into wall plates. They also have some surface mounts. The individual modules snap into the plates or mounts so you can mix and match what you want or need. The wall plates come in 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 hole. Micro Center has a 12 port cat5e mini wall mount patch panel for $47.95 made by SignaMax price is good till 6/29/03.
