Just for grins, can you show us your scsi device list? Run `cat /proc/scsi/scsi' Other than that, I know that mount can be a somewhat finicky program in certain situations. You might want to avoid having the `.0' in your mount point, and it looks like there's an extra comma in your options field that you could remove.
