Does anyone have any experience with them? I'm pretty sure noone has mentioned them in talks of what laptop to buy to run linux on, because I generally check those out when I see them. One of my co-workers pointed me at this page, and everything looks pretty good to me. The price is right, there's no M$ tax on it. It even comes with a 1yr warranty "supported by our experienced Linux experts." The only downside I see is they don't seem to come WITH wireless, and it appears that RedHat is the only choice for the distro they ship to you. But if that's the worst of it, it looks pretty good. If noone else has used them I think I might take the plunge for better or worse and let everyone know how they are. Here's their site, in case anyone's interested. http://www.linuxcertified.com/linux_laptops.html ------------- Justin Kremer <kremer at ringworld.org> "One likes to believe in the freedom of music, But glittering prizes and endless compromises Shatter the illusion of integrity." - Rush "The Spirit of Radio" (1980) _______________________________________________ TCLUG Mailing List - Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota http://www.mn-linux.org tclug-list at mn-linux.org https://mailman.real-time.com/mailman/listinfo/tclug-list
