The whole point of XML is so you can do stuff like XSL (from my perspective which involves getting multiple disparit systems talking to each other). *That* would be a killer feature for an office-ish program. Beyond that, I'm still happy with Word 1.0 for DOS (and I still have the install floppies). Heck, it even did nice formatting. I now use Emacs for most of my work and Word to mark the code up for documentation (mostly because there isn't a Word-ish HTML editor). Joshua b.
