I read the settlement also and have submitted some of my comments to the DOJ. I think that it is imperative that people respond so it goes on the record. I think it should be in a thoughtful way so it does not just get dismissed. If you wait you may end up missing the deadline so do it as soon as possible. I think some response is better than none at all. To quote from Margaret Mead: "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it's the only thing that ever has." So act today and advise other people and groups about this vehicle.
