Responsible for complex installation, hardware setup, network
optimization and
configuration of software. Position will also troubleshoot and provide

<li class="MsoNormal" style=""><span
style="font-family: "Geneva","sans-serif";">Monitor and respond to
hardware and software problems for JobDig by utilizing a variety of
hardware and software testing tools and techniques. <o:p></o:p></span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style=""><span
style="font-family: "Geneva","sans-serif";">Installs and configures
network hardware and software and provide network troubleshooting and
support to end-users.<o:p></o:p></span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style=""><span
style="font-family: "Geneva","sans-serif";">Administers network
security, anti-spyware systems and anti-virus software<o:p></o:p></span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style=""><span
style="font-family: "Geneva","sans-serif";">Responsible for testing of
daily on-site and off-site backups.<o:p></o:p></span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style=""><span
style="font-family: "Geneva","sans-serif";">Responsible for VoIP
phone, powered by Asterisk and open source solutions, support<o:p></o:p></span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style=""><span
style="font-family: "Geneva","sans-serif";">Responds to incoming Help
Desk emails and requests<o:p></o:p></span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style=""><span
style="font-family: "Geneva","sans-serif";">Administers and manages
users in an Active Directory environment, including configuring Group
Policy settings and setting up Microsoft Transforms to deploy software<o:p></o:p></span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style=""><span
style="font-family: "Geneva","sans-serif";">Performs server
maintenance and performance optimization<o:p></o:p></span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style=""><span
style="font-family: "Geneva","sans-serif";">Maintains current
knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications as assigned<o:p></o:p></span></li>
