I'm calling out to all the linux geeks in the neighborhood from the headquarters of Code42, makers of the wildly popular backup product, Crashplan. We're a small software company located in N.E. Minneapolis just on the other side of the river from downtown Minneapolis.

We're looking for smart people to help monitor, nurture and feed our ever growing online backup cloud, coaxing it steadily toward self awareness. It's at about 4 Pb now and grows more every day.

Candidates must possess:
- a can-do attitude
- career proven aptitude for working with kick ass open source technologies
- the ability to participate in off hours work and/or on-call rotation

Nice to have's:
- experience with cloud computing philosophies and tools like puppet
- monitoring experience using scripting and/or a framework such as zabbix or nagios
- scripting ninjitsu (bash, PERL, PHP, RUBY, whatever works)
- experience with internet routing/load balancing, BGP, DNS, ARIN, etc.
- UNIX/Linux server experience. Preferably Gentoo or OS/X

Still interested?
send resumé's to: Resumes at code42.com

We hope to hear from you soon and if not then please download our backup software and give it a try.
