Requirements include:

- Candidate should have good communication skills with management, designers and programmers
- Good team player

The ideal talent will have experience with:

- Experience with embedding Linux
- Comfortable building custom boot images
- Familiar with Linux driver stacks (LVM2, md, etc)
- Familiar with BSP concept
