Hi everyone, I'm excited to announce that I'm looking to hire a Coordinator of Technical Support Services to come work with me in Osseo. This is a really great opportunity for someone to grow their management skills. I need a person who can step in and be a solution creator and innovator on my management team. The Coordinator of Technical Support Services will have responsibility for our help desk, workstations, audio/visual equipment, and repair department. He or she will supervise approximately 15 tech support and repair staff. We are the 5th biggest school district in Minnesota with almost 21,000 students and nearly 30 sites so it's a pretty awesome opportunity to work with a large, complex technology environment. We use Windows on desktops primarily, but I expect to see more OS X in the future. We're not using Linux on the desktop now, but I'm really interested in exploring more about portable devices and expanding our virtualization work to the desktop.
