Use "Preview Form" from the Preview menu to open up a copy of the form outside the MDI window. With this new form selected, hold alt and press Print-Scrn. Under GNOME, (I'm unsure of standard behavior in other environments) this will allow you to save a screenshot of the active window, and pressing Print-Scrn without the alt key will save the entire visible workspace.
